Shipping policy


Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days for ready-to-ship items. Standard shipping products generally ship within 4–5 weeks. All shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Tank Outfitters ships from Austinburg, Ohio, so transit times may vary based on proximity to our facility. In some cases, products may ship earlier than expected - please watch for email notifications as orders ship as soon as they are ready.

Most products ship via LTL freight. Freight tracking is limited and may not be available for all shipments. If tracking information is provided by the carrier, it will be shared once your order ships.

At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Your order will be delivered by a large truck operated by a contracted freight carrier experienced in transporting oversized items.

  • If shipping to a business address, carriers assume standard receiving hours and deliveries typically occur Monday–Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • Tank Outfitters will provide lift gate service to street level when required.


Our freight service does not include, and additional charges may apply for:

  • Bringing freight inside a building
  • Limited access locations (gates, security restrictions, low-hanging trees, etc.)
  • Moving freight beyond the delivery location

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. Note any visible or superficial damage on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment if damage to the product is excessive.

Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your Tank Outfitters purchase. If you are not satisfied, unused and undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of purchase at the purchaser’s expense.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us within the same business day your order is placed to request a change or cancellation. Shipping addresses entered at checkout are considered final and may result in additional charges if changes are required. Please have your order number and email address available. Tank Outfitters cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once processing has begun. If cancellation is required after order processing has begun, a 15% restocking fee will be applicable.
